Amatista at Capri offers convenience, luxury, and low HOA fees to its residents. This gated community is popular for families, as well as retirees who like the affordability and amenities, but don’t have to deal with 55 and older restrictions.

Amatista at Capri was created and built between 2004 and 2005 and is located east of Tamarisk Row Drive off Country Club Drive. The neighborhood is stylish with desert landscaped yards. Much of this area is served by the Desert Sands Unified School District.
Nearby you’ll find the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens which has a top-rated animal hospital, and the College of the Desert, a community college.
